Risikat Olabisi Ishmael is a graduate of Olabisi OnabanjoUniversity, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State where she obtained a Bachelor Degree in Economics.

She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and also a member of International Academy of Forensics (IAF).

She holds an ACCA certification in International Public Sector Accounting Standard and also in Forensic Accounting and Criminal Intelligence. She has attended some local conferences and workshops with certifications.

She had her Primary education at Command Children School, Ikeja and her Secondary Education at Mayflower Secondary School, Ikenne.

Mrs. Ishmael Risikat Olabisi had worked at UAC foods, NBM Bank (now Sterling Bank) and also at Pivot Engineering Company Ltd before joining the Lagos State Government in 2013. She was previously a resident Auditor at Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja and at Lagos State Primary Health Care Board, Yaba, before her current deployment to LAGFERRY as the Head of Internal Audit.

She is happily married with children.
